Key Club is an international student-led service organization, so in simple terms, one of the main objectives of Key Club is to serve your community, school, and home. In Key Club, you get to make long-lasting friendships with Key Clubbers in and outside of your school, and attend service events to get service hours. Along with that,  you can also attend monthly DCMs held by your division, and many other exciting and fun social events held by your division, region, or club.
Do you make keys?
Although we may be called "Key Club," we do not make keys! The KEY in Key Club, stands for "Kiwanis Educates Youth", and we open doors to new opportunities!

What is PTP?
PTP stands for the "Pediatric Trauma Program," and it is one of Key Club's preferred charities in which we help fundraise for! Pediatric Trauma is the leading cause of death of children aged 14 and under. The Pediatric Trauma Program (PTP) works to help fundraise and develop local projects which will help reduce the number of children who are killed or injured by trauma.

What is MNT and The Eliminate Project?
MNT stands for Maternal Neonatal Tetanus, which is a life-threatening disease that steals the lives of nearly 60,000 innocent babies and a significant number of women every year. With the Eliminate Project, Kiwanis International and UNICEF have joined forces to eliminate the number of deaths caused by MNT. With the Eliminate Project, Key Club helps to spread awareness and raise funds towards the Eliminate Project to help eliminate MNT in babies and mothers. So far, we have successfully eliminated MNT in about 25 countries however, there are a majority of countries that still remain affected by MNT today. By donating only $1.80, 3 vaccines can be bought to save a mother and child's life!

What's beyond the club level?
Believe it or not, but there are millions of Key Club members globally! The five levels of Key Club International (KCI) include the club, division, region, district, and international. All Key Club members have a home club, which could be a school club or community club.  Your home club joins with other Key Clubs near you to make up a division, which is a cluster of 1-15 Key Clubs; in our case, Division 15 North! Many divisions make up a Region, and we are part of Region 13. Several regions make up a district, and our district is the California-Nevada-Hawaii Key Club district, or CNH. Our district unites with 32 other Key Club districts to form the final level of KCI: International!
